Fast, efficient, friendly service from all staff members. They all made me feel welcome and that they truly cared about my injury and getting me on my way to healing. Ginny, the PA, was absolutely amazing as always. I have seen her multiple times over the years of visiting Urgent Care and she is truly a rockstar! I would recommend Urgent Care in Brooklyn Square to any and everyone.

I came to Jamestown WellNow without an appointment. I did not wait very long to be seen. The Reception, Nurse, and PA were very nice and efficient. I had an X-ray and medication was ordered at a pharmacy. The whole process took about an hour and a half. I was so sick and appreciated being treated quickly.

I used the new online check-in process to reserve a time and do all my forms before I arrived. When I got there, I waited for less than 2 minutes before I was brought back. The intake nurse came in right away and was incredibly efficient, and PA Katie Bell came in right after. She validated my concerns, prescribed me meds, and counseled me on next steps in less than 5 minutes. I think I was there for under ten minutes all told. If you have to go to urgent care, you can't ask for better than that!

I came in this weekend for a tick bite. I scheduled an appointment, I was in and out and treated in a span of 20 minutes! I didn’t even need to stop at the pharmacy for antibiotics, they had them there, gave them to me and sent me on my way! Super efficient and kind staff, I’ll come back anytime something random arises.

I give the treatment I received an 11 out of 10. Kiersten Petruney Provided an excellent bedside manner. The physician's assistant we interacted with was also excellent. They provided the aggressive treatment I needed to get over my covid symptoms quickly and within 24 hours I am feeling better already. I am so impressed with your service that I intend to deliver a small gift and a thank you card for their services. Thank you!

I have no memory of having an ear infection in the past, but I won't forget the one I experienced on a Saturday evening that left me heading to WellNow Urgent Care! The receptionists were welcoming. The Nurse Practitioner saw me quickly and answered all of my questions. I was in and out with a prescription that had me feeling so much better by morning. So grateful they are there <3

I was greeting promptly by 2 friendly receptionists and had a great nurse to take my information. Patrick was amazing and so nurturing toward my 8 month old boys. Staff was accommodating, polite, and took great care of us!

Very efficient and friendly as well. Got my DOT examination and drug test done with no issues. Definitely recommend and so much better than going to buffalo

The doctor was really nice and listened well. She reassured me that she would find out the issue. I felt cared for and was happy with my visit. I also had to call back because of an issue with picking up my medicine and they were able to help me by finding another pharmacy that accepted my insurance.

I went here with an allergic reaction last month to medication, the Dr ginny and all the other staff were so amazing and I felt like they really cared. I went again yesterday for an issue due to everything else and again felt cared about. If it weren't for ginny and the other staff I might not be here. Thank you so so much!

On a recent impromptu visit I was pleasantly surprised. I have heard some not so good stories about urgent care so I was a little hesitant to head there. On my recent visit , I arrived late in the afternoon and was almost immediately seen by the nurse after checking in. All the staff were friendly and professional. I would recommend that unless you have an emergency medical situation that requires a hospital, to first check out urgent care or your primary care doctor.

I completed the necessary paperwork and made an appointment online. I arrived 10 minutes early and was immediately taken to the exam room. The nurse came in to take my vitals and information 8 minutes before my appointment time. The provider came in and addressed all of my concerns and I left the facility 8 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The entire staff was very professional, friendly, and I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this facility to others.

This is the absolute best urgent care I have ever been to, and I have been to quite a few.
As a mother, grandmother and RN going there with an asthma attack, I am really grateful for the care they gave me. Clinical expertise + great teamwork + warmth and kindness. The full healthcare package. 💗

Was'nt feeling well so I scheduled an appointment online which made the whole process quick and easy. Took me in immediately.
All the staff was pleasant and friendly. They listened to what i had to say then proceeded to take good care of me! Highly recommend!

I was reluctant to go to a clinic for what I thought might be a major issue. The doctor was so skilled, so knowledgable, and so kind. I am very impressed with this clinic. I will definitely go back.

I went into well now urgent care because I needed a quick answer but it wasn't as serious as the emergency room visit. I went in I expressed my concerns. Within 20 minutes of my visit, I saw a nurse and a provider and I had my prescription!
Great place I absolutely love everybody there!
