Would never buy a vehicle from them again daughter bought

Would never buy a vehicle from them again daughter bought a 2020 vehicle with low mileage for 20 k and in 4 months bin in shop 6 times,sales manager said well it’s a used car so I will definitely tell my friends to beware.

Worst experience every.

Worst experience every. Took my daughter to purchase a car and have had this car about 1 year and in the first 4 mths the transmission went out and along with other things going wrong now there is an issue with the moter. I truly believe he needs to get some defiantly mechanics looking at the cars or he's is selling these cars this way. We've spent over $5000 to fix this car and she hasn't even been able to drive it a full year. Would not recommend nor will ever be back. gave one star cuz i had to.

Worst experience every. Took my daughter to purchase a car and have had this car about 1 year and in the first 4 mths the transmission went out and along with other things going wrong now there is an issue with the moter. Beware!! Not getting what you thank you’re buying!

Had a very bad experience with Dan Gobens used cars. Found A jeep I was interested in, and it needed to be inspected. So we took it for a ride we went for the financing everything went through and it seemed as though they were taking longer than usual for an inspection. They only called once and said they had to order parts but didn’t say what parts they needed. So then after the fourth day of not hearing from them I called and a associate who we didn’t talk to prior said that the jeep was at muntz radios because the Original jeep radio did not work the volume dial was broke. I asked are they are going to be putting back in an original jeep radio like the one that was in it? And I didn’t get an answer.So when we got off the phone We called muntz Radio, and asked exactly what they were putting in, the guy said we’re putting an aftermarket radio in. I told them I don’t want an aftermarket I would like what was in the jeep. A new Jeep radio like the one you took out. The guy was laughing so hard and said well you’re gonna have to talk to Dan about that he wants the aftermarket in it. And I said well is the aftermarket as good as the jeep original and the guy said no it’s cheaper, no it is not a jeep radio. NOT AS GOOD! Laughing the whole time.So I called Dan Gobens Used car lot back and talk to Adam the salesman we were dealing with, he didn’t really care what was going on with the jeep just wanted to know how I found out what they were doing. I said does it really matter? You’re taking out a jeep radio and sticking in an aftermarket and when we test drove it that is not what we were buying when we were looking at the jeep now we have a jeep with an aftermarket radio he didn’t want to talk to us anymore and gave us to Dan. Dan accused me of yelling which didn’t make any sense because I had lost my voice that day ( I couldn’t talk over a whisper) and I really couldn’t yell at anybody he just didn’t want to deal with me after we found out what they were doing with the radio. The reason I was so upset not only to the fact they were taking out the original jeep radio and putting in an aftermarket , they were now screwing with all the electrical. The final outcome was, I told Dan he could keep the jeep I was no longer interested and then Dan hung up on me. Stay clear of all Dan Goben used car sales!!!!!!!!

They make it so easy to buy cars!! I literally bought three cars here over the years in the same amount of time that it takes to buy one car at a Chain store. Probably spent one third of the money as well!
