More like 2.5 stars. The first time I got my nails done it was a full set with ombré acrylic that I paid $60 for which I thought was reasonably priced for the service. Yesterday, I needed a fill but I wanted a new color so of course I knew that meant getting the colored acrylic completely filed off. What I wanted was a pearl French tip with longer sides to make the nude shade almost an almond shape. I consider myself easy to please and although he didn’t get the almond shape right, I didn’t completely hate the set so it was fine until I went to pay. $70 for this set – why? It was a fill and French tip. So, I’ll look elsewhere for more reasonable prices. I think if the services were to be significantly more than the cost of a fill, he should have stated such when we spoke about the design. I’m not one to hackle and rob techs out of money but the communication could have been better. He knew I was new to the area, they do not have a pricing menu, I was never told how much the services would be prior to them being completed. Regardless, he was tipped generously for the attempt but I’ll never get this money back, if I knew the cost beforehand I would have went with a simpler design.

This is the first time ina LONG time I’ve been super happy with my nails. Idk what the ladies name was it was just a lady and her husband I assume but she did AMAZING. She took her time and precision to make sure the nails looked exactly like the photo I showed. I have never been this satisfied with my nailsManicure

Great job! Got a pedicure here. There is a large variety of regula/ gel polish. The overall place is clean and has friendly staff the prices are reasonable. The place is bright, sunny and the pedicure chairs are comfy! Highly recommend

I’ve been to D&D Nails a few times now and I’ve never left disappointed. I typically use pintrest for inspiration and the technicians don’t seem to mind using a reference photo for nail art. I’d highly recommend paying them a visit if you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming environment to get your nails done.Acrylic nails,Nail repair,Nail painting,Nail art,Manicure

The work is good but the customer service was awful. I was there an hour before my service. I had an appointment. They never looked or check to see if anyone had an appointment knowing they had someone coming in. I was seen 1/2 after my scheduled time and at least 3 times the tech stop and left me in the middle of my services. No apology or anything. I didn’t even get serviced by the tech I made the appointment with. I was there at least an hour more than I had to be. I will NEVER return and won’t recommend them to anyone.

Usually don’t leave bad reviews but I needed to for this one. The lady name “Tanya” I could be wrong, but her customer service is GARBAGE. aggressive for no reason and literally tried ripping off my nail and when i pulled my hand back she caught an attitude. If she didn’t want to do my nails that would’ve been fine and I would’ve left. My mistake was staying after the first red flag! Use to be my favorite place but not anymore. If you can’t work with people why accept clients?

I asked for the shape and length of an example photo with the only change being I wanted it purple and add gold on ring & pointer fingers…… I in fact did not get what I asked for. The man who did my nails were very aggressive when cutting back my cuticles, he cute more than haft my fingers causing them to bleed before I even left the salon.(I did complain and asked several times for him to be gentle with my fingers that we’re already bleeding, which were ignored.) The quality of work is rushed and over priced.

Very dissatisfied with my experience. My friend and I went in to try the place out and picked some fun colors from their list. I got a light pink for my nails and light green (like a sea foam) for my toes. I ended up with orange and a turquoise that did not go with my complexion. When I told the lady that my nails came out more orange than expected, she simply ignored me and kept working on them. After all that, we checked out and were charged about $20 more than we expected. When we asked why, they said there were extra fees (that we were not told about when getting our nails done). I will not be returning, and neither will my friend. I highly recommend finding some place else.
